Food

What I ate today:


For breakfast I made a pancake, the ingredients were eggs, oatmeal, cinnamon, banana and vanilla protein powder.

For lunch I ate chicken and rice. I used this cooking method described in Hanhchampion's video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmWxfGmlzn0It turned out delicious!


I'll be eating the same meal for dinner tonight. I am trying to aim for 5-7 meals a day, so tomorrow I'll make an effort to fit a few more meals in.














And of course you need your water!






Day 1 (Again)

I'm making this blog for myself to track my gym progress. I lift as a hobby and have been working out for about two years on and off without much progress. I want to start fresh again with proper eating habits and sticking to a 4-day split. My ultimate goal is longevity and reaching my genetic potential while staying natural. Anyone is free to follow me on my journey!
