What I ate today:
For breakfast I made a pancake, the ingredients were eggs, oatmeal, cinnamon, banana and vanilla protein powder.
For lunch I ate chicken and rice. I used this cooking method described in Hanhchampion's video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmWxfGmlzn0. It turned out delicious!
I'll be eating the same meal for dinner tonight. I am trying to aim for 5-7 meals a day, so tomorrow I'll make an effort to fit a few more meals in.
